"Family Fare WADE Style"

Marylane and Kathy are gearing up to publish a "Family Fare WADE Style", 2nd edition. The recipe book will inclulde all the original family favorites and stories from the 1st edition as well as additions that we receive between now and publication (there is not a set date for this yet...)
Please encourage everyone, but especially new family members, to submit favorite recipes so that no one is left out of the sampling. Also we love the memories that are included so send us more of those.....along with any questions you might have, maybe even photos...to Kathy (kshort913@hotmail.com) or Marylane (rwkoch@att.net)

We will keep you posted from time to time on our progress along with a list of anyone who has not responded with recipes...

We are so blessed to have technology that make the many miles we are apart just a mouse click away. Take a moment to remember these families in prayer today. Have a great day!

Words of Thanks

Harold and I do thank all of you for your prayers and for your very loving comments! We are so glad that you of the younger generation have made it possible for us to all keep in touch. I am going to be off until Monday to pamper my sweetie a little. 47 years and we still enjoy these times together! God is so good! We pray for God to bless and comfort you just as you have blessed and comforted us!
Love you, Beth

"The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."

Harold's surgery for radiation implants will take place at 7:30 Tues. morning. He and Beth feel good about the doctors involved and the procedure. The biggest prayer request is that his heart would be strong enough to work well while under anesthesia. (This is an hour and 1/2 surgery vs. the other option which would have been about 5 hrs and they don't have to put him as deeply asleep, which is good.) The prognosis is good, but I know that they appreciate all the prayers.
